OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Full Time - Brockley, London, UK
We are looking to hire an Office Administrator to work closely with our Bookings Department and our Accounts Team. Some main tasks include: assisting with account setup, checking trade references and insurance documents, invoicing and credit control, organising cross hires to and from other rental companies, liaising directly with clients, general office management, answering calls, organising team days and events. This is a multi-tasker’s dream job, eclectic everyday tasks and working within a fun and dynamic team at an independent and vibrant business at our Brockley based premises.
We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience in an office environment, preferably within the film, media or other creative industries, excellent organisational and streamlining skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, and comfortable answering the phone and using email, Gsuite & other communication tools. Someone who is extremely assertive who is good at managing their own time and organising themselves. A real team player, with the ability to thrive in a busy and extremely varied role within a growing business.
JUNIOR Kitroom Technician
Full Time - Brockley, London, UK
The Junior Kitroom Technician role is the perfect entry level position for anyone starting out who wants a career on set within the Camera Department, or you may even be a really be a mega gear-head who wants to look after and play with kit all day, making sure it’s all running and maintained as perfectly as possible. You’ll be working closely with our Directors Max and Emmy and the rest of our Kitroom team, maintaining and checking in and out all of the equipment on our inventory in between its time out in the field working on jobs. You’ll be learning the complete ins and outs of every lens, camera, lens control system, video transmitter, monitor and any other piece of gear that lives with us. Down the line there will be the opportunity to gain on set experience working as a Camera Trainee on the floor with Emmy and Alfie, our wet hire team, in addition and alongside to your work in the Kitroom. This is where you will be able to fuse together your technical working knowledge of all of the gear with the practical application of that technical knowledge to see how each piece of gear is used and handled on the floor as it is working each day on set. We are committed for this role to continue to be the perfect entry level role for anyone starting out in the industry who is looking towards a career either on-set in camera, or for someone who may be interested in working in Kitroom and in equipment maintenance in the long term. You must be at least 21 years of age and have a UK driving license.
Bookings & Client contact Manager
Full Time - Brockley, London, UK
We are looking for someone with extensive prior experience who might currently already hold this role elsewhere within a Bookings Department at a Rental House within the UK or someone who has worked extensively as a Senior Client Contact or Account Handler within a rental company in the film industry that may be looking to progress and step up and join us to manage our Bookings team.
